Micron: Seeing a lot of internal transfers, is this a sign?

Hey everyone, just wanted to see if anyone else is noticing a pattern lately at Micron. I've seen a surprising number of people moving around internally over the past couple of months. Not just small team shifts, but bigger moves, sometimes even across departments or sites. My manager mentioned it's 'optimizing talent,' but it feels a bit more significant than that. It's making me wonder if this is a way to shuffle people around before any potential restructuring or, dare I say it, layoffs? It's hard to get a clear picture from just what I'm seeing, but the frequency has definitely picked up. Anyone else seeing this, and if so, what's your take? Is it just business as usual, or is there something brewing under the surface? Trying not to get too anxious, but it's hard to ignore when you see so many changes happening.
