Hey everyone, just wanted to see if anyone else is picking up on any chatter about Q4 projections internally. Things have felt a bit... uncertain lately, and I'm trying to gauge if it's just my team or a broader sentiment. Been hearing some whispers that are making me a little nervous, but nothing concrete. Are managers being cagey in meetings? Are projects getting put on hold more than usual? Or is it just the typical semiconductor cycle stuff playing out? Just trying to get a sense of the temperature. I've definitely felt a shift in the air too. My manager has been unusually tight-lipped about future roadmaps, and a few smaller initiatives seem to have stalled without clear explanation. It's hard to tell if it's just market jitters or something more specific to our internal pipeline. Trying not to jump to conclusions, but the quietness is noticeable.

From what I'm seeing, it's a bit of both. The broader industry is in a predictable ebb and flow, but I've also noticed some internal teams being more cautious with resource allocation. There's a general feeling of 'wait and see' rather than aggressive planning. Not necessarily alarming, but it's certainly a departure from the usual pace we've had.
