Log your hours, detail your contributions, and track those impossible deadlines. You need ammo when you finally push back or start looking elsewhere. It sucks, but CYA is your best friend right now.
Five years is a good run, but maybe it's time to re-evaluate. The grass isn't always greener, but companies that truly value their employees show it through more than just words. Have you looked at other opportunities in the Boise area or remotely? Use your experience at Micron as leverage, and don't be afraid to ask for what you're worth. Sometimes, leaving is the only way to get it.
