I'm definitely feeling it too. The constant 'efficiency drives' and the way certain departments are being consolidated feels like a prelude. They keep talking about 'streamlining' and 'optimizing', which are just corporate buzzwords for cutting costs. The 'critical' designation is a classic. Heard that one before. It's designed to keep people working hard while the higher-ups make their decisions. I haven't seen anything super overt on my end, but the quiet murmurs and subtle shifts in project priorities are definitely raising eyebrows. Just trying to keep my head down and do good work, but it's definitely a stressful time for everyone.
