I'm so freaking angry right now.

I'm sick of this constant uncertainty. We bust our asses day in and day out to deliver amazing content, only to have the rug potentially pulled out from under us at any moment. The leadership preaches about 'innovation' and 'risk-taking', but how are we supposed to be innovative when we're constantly worried about our jobs? It's demoralizing to constantly wonder if you'll be next. I get that it's a business, but the lack of transparency and communication is infuriating. Seriously considering jumping ship before this all blows up.

I feel you. Been there, done that at a different company. 'Innovation' is code for 'do more with less until we decide to pivot.' The lack of transparency is definitely the worst part. It's like they think keeping everyone in the dark somehow motivates us. My advice? Start quietly updating your resume and networking. It's always better to be prepared.

I get the frustration, but let's be real. Netflix has always been volatile. Remember Blockbuster? This is the entertainment industry, not a cozy government job. Maybe the uncertainty is what fuels the 'amazing content' you mentioned? Still, document everything, protect yourself, and try not to take it too personally. Easier said than done, I know.
