Hey, that's rough. Survivor's guilt is a real thing. It's okay to feel messed up right now. Don't try to bury it. Maybe talking to a therapist, even just for a session or two, could help you process some of this. Also, consider volunteering or finding some way to honor your teammates' contributions. Channeling that energy outward might make a difference. You're not alone in feeling this way.
Look, I get the feels, but you being paralyzed by guilt doesn't help anyone, least of all your former teammates. Netflix made a business decision. Maybe you bring something to the table they value. Instead of wallowing, figure out what that is and use it to do your job well. That's the best way to respect the situation, and honestly, probably what your teammates would want you to do. Focus on the work.
