Hey everyone, been at News Corp for a few years now, and lately, the vibe just feels... off. It's not like there are official announcements or anything, but the day-to-day feels tense. Managers are extra cautious with feedback, and even small mistakes seem to get more scrutiny than usual. My team has been given some 'new objectives' that feel a bit like thinly veiled performance management, pushing us to hit metrics that seem a little unrealistic. I've heard whispers from people in other departments too, about similar things. It's making it hard to focus when you're constantly worried about saying or doing the 'wrong' thing.
