Anyone else feeling super uneasy right now?

I'm in WHQ and the vibe is just...off. I've been with Nike for almost 8 years, mostly in apparel design, and I've seen ups and downs, but this feels different. Lots of closed-door meetings, hushed conversations in the hallways, and people generally looking stressed. My manager has been acting weird too, super short in our 1:1s and avoiding eye contact. No official announcements, but the rumors are swirling about a possible restructuring and, you know, the dreaded L-word. Anyone else sensing this? Or am I just being paranoid? Maybe it's just the pressure of hitting end-of-year targets, but my gut is telling me something's brewing.

Yeah, I'm feeling it too. Different department, but same unsettling atmosphere. Heard whispers about performance reviews being weaponized this time around, and that some projects are being quietly shelved. Makes you wonder if they're trying to trim the fat before a bigger shakeup. Honestly, I'm updating my resume just in case. Better to be prepared than caught off guard, right?

Honestly, these vibes come and go. Remember the whole FuelBand fiasco? Or when they shuffled around the marketing teams a few years back? It's always dramatic internally. I wouldn't jump to conclusions just yet. But, if it helps ease your mind, maybe start documenting your contributions and accomplishments. That way, if the worst *does* happen, you have a solid case to make.
