I've been at Okta for about the same amount of time, and I'm definitely picking up on something similar. It's not just you. The sudden shift in communication is concerning. It's hard to focus on work when you're constantly second-guessing things. Best advice is to document your accomplishments diligently, update your resume, and start networking. Being prepared is the best way to combat the anxiety, no matter what happens.
Honestly, you might be overreacting. Tech is always a bit of a roller coaster, and closed-door meetings are pretty standard, especially towards the end of a quarter. Could be performance review time, budget planning, or just some internal restructuring. Try to detach a bit and focus on what you can control. Unless you hear something concrete, assuming the worst isn't helpful.
