This is more of a rant, I guess. It's been a weird few months. Projects are getting re-prioritized constantly, budgets feel tighter than ever, and there's this general sense of uncertainty that wasn't really here before. I'm not going to speculate on specific numbers or departments, but the underlying tension is palpable. You can feel it in the all-hands meetings, the way leadership talks about 'efficiency' and 'streamlining.' It's the kind of language that usually precedes bad news. Just venting because it's hard to stay focused when you're constantly wondering what's next. Anyone else in a similar boat? Or am I just being overly paranoid?
