Seriously, what is going on at Okta? The rumor mill is working overtime, and the lack of clear communication is really starting to grate. I've been seeing some articles pop up, and while they don't directly name my team or department, the sheer volume of discussion about layoffs lately is concerning. It feels like we're all just waiting for the other shoe to drop. Management isn't exactly being forthcoming, which is adding to the stress. Anyone have any concrete information or reliable intel? Trying to understand if the whispers are just that, or if there's a real possibility of significant workforce adjustments. It's demoralizing to work in an environment where you feel like your job security is constantly in question without any transparency. Really hoping for some clarity soon, or at least some confirmation either way.

Yeah, the uncertainty is palpable. It's tough to stay focused when there's so much swirling around. I've been trying to keep my ear to the ground through industry news and connecting with folks outside the company, but it's mostly just speculation at this point. I feel you. This waiting game is brutal. Every little bit of news or online chatter just amplifies the stress. It’s hard to plan or feel secure when you’re constantly bracing for impact. I wish there was a more direct channel for information, or at least a consistent message coming from the top. The lack of transparency is making a difficult situation even worse for everyone involved.
