Hey everyone, I'm trying to get a clearer picture of what's happening at Okta. Beyond the layoff rumors we've all seen floating around (and the past cuts), I've been hearing chatter about significant internal reorganizations. It sounds like some teams might be merging, others might be shrinking, and there's talk of shifting priorities. Does anyone have insight into whether this is just a precursor to more layoffs, or is it a genuine strategic shift? I'm in [Department, e.g., Engineering/Sales] and things feel... uncertain. I've heard similar rumblings from my contacts in [Department]. The talk about reorgs isn't new, but it does seem to have picked up steam lately.
