Hey everyone, been seeing some chatter on other platforms and feeling a bit uneasy. Nothing official from Okta, of course, but the trend seems to be that if companies are under pressure, they look to optimize. For us, that often means re-evaluating teams and roles. Has anyone else picked up on anything similar internally? Any managers subtly hinting at 'streamlining' or 'efficiency drives'? I know there have been layoffs elsewhere in the industry, and even at Okta in the past, so the anxiety is definitely there. It's hard to ignore the noise when you're putting in the work every day and then start hearing these kinds of rumors. Just trying to gauge if others are feeling this way or if it's just noise.
