Okta - Is anyone else seeing reduced headcount requests/hiring freezes?

Curious to hear if others are experiencing a similar situation at Okta. I'm not directly involved in the hiring process, but within my team, we've had a couple of requisitions put on hold indefinitely. Furthermore, discussions about backfilling critical roles that recently opened up seem to be met with a lot of 'we'll revisit this later.' It feels like more than just a typical hiring slowdown. Combined with the past layoff news and general market sentiment, it's making me a bit nervous about job security and future team growth. Is this a company-wide directive, or is it department-specific? Anyone in HR or management have a pulse on this?
