Seriously, what's with the radio silence from leadership at Okta regarding the layoff rumors? We've seen these articles popping up everywhere, referencing past cuts and now this latest wave of speculation. As an employee, it's incredibly frustrating. You want to trust the company, but the lack of transparency is making it impossible. Are they waiting for something to hit the news before they even acknowledge it internally?
