Anyone else feeling the squeeze at ON Semiconductor?

Hey everyone, been lurking for a bit, but feeling like I need to post. Work at ON Semi, and lately, the vibe just feels... tense. Been hearing whispers, mostly in hushed tones during breaks or quick chats. Nothing concrete, no official announcements, but there's this undercurrent of 'something's coming.' My manager's been cagey, and project timelines seem to be getting tighter, almost like they're prepping for something. Is this just me, or are others seeing similar signs? Could it be the general semiconductor market being a bit shaky, or is it specific to ON Semi? Just trying to gauge if I should be updating the resume or if this is just the usual end-of-year uncertainty. Anyone have any insights or experiences they can share? Trying to stay positive but also realistic.

I've noticed some of that too. It's definitely a weird atmosphere lately. The whispers are getting louder, and it's hard to ignore the feeling that things might be shifting. Keeping my head down and focusing on my work, but it's tough not to feel a bit uneasy with all the uncertainty. Hope it's just a temporary thing and things will settle down soon.

I can relate. There's a definite tension in the air, and it's not just you. Seems like everyone's a bit on edge, and those quiet conversations are becoming more frequent. Trying to stay positive and productive, but it's hard when you can feel the ground shifting beneath you. Hopefully, management will provide some clarity soon.
