ON Semi - Anyone else seeing project delays or resource reallocations?

Lately, my team's been experiencing some significant project delays. What was supposed to be a firm Q4 launch is now looking like Q1 next year, and the reasoning given feels a bit vague. We've also heard whispers about resources being pulled from some initiatives to bolster others, but again, no solid information. It's starting to create some uncertainty and frankly, a bit of anxiety. Is this a company-wide trend at ON Semi, or is it isolated to certain divisions? I'm trying to gauge if this is just the natural ebb and flow of the industry or if there might be something more significant going on behind the scenes. Has anyone else been impacted by unexpected project shifts or resource reshuffling recently? Trying to connect the dots here.
