The shift in energy is definitely noticeable. It feels like every time we ask about the integration timeline, we get these vague, canned responses about 'synergies' and 'operational efficiency' instead of a straight answer. It’s hard to keep morale high when the goalposts keep moving and the leadership team is suddenly avoiding eye contact during Q&As. If something is coming, just rip the bandage off so we can all stop second-guessing every meeting invite and vague email update.
I’ve been hearing similar rumblings from folks in the operations department. Honestly, the lack of clarity since the merger is the most frustrating part of the whole situation. It feels like we are constantly bracing for an announcement that never actually drops, which is arguably worse than just knowing for sure. Everyone is on edge, and productivity is definitely taking a hit because we’re all spending more time speculating than actually getting the project work done. Just stay heads-down for now, but definitely keep your options open.
