ONEOK - Anyone else feeling the uncertainty?

Hey all, I've been with ONEOK for a few years now, and lately, there's this undercurrent of uncertainty that's hard to ignore. Nothing concrete, no official announcements, but you can just feel it. Meetings seem a bit more tense, some departments are consolidating projects, and there's a lot of quiet speculation going around. It's tough to stay focused when you're constantly wondering what might be next. Has anyone else picked up on this? How are you all managing the stress? Just looking to see if I'm not alone in this feeling.

I'm right there with you. The vibe has definitely shifted in the last few months. It feels like a lot of people are holding their breath, waiting for something to happen. I've noticed more 'reorganizations' being mentioned, which usually translates to more stress and uncertainty for the folks on the ground. Trying to stay positive and focus on my own tasks, but it's definitely a challenge when the general atmosphere is so uneasy. It would be good to hear some official clarification, even if it's just to address the rumors.
