ONEOK - Anything happening besides the usual Q4 grind?

Hey all, been with ONEOK for a few years now and things seem pretty stable, but that's not always a good sign, right? Haven't heard any specific rumors of layoffs, but with the market doing its thing and energy prices being... well, energy prices, I'm starting to feel a little antsy. Anyone else getting those vibes? Been seeing some chatter about different departments maybe consolidating a bit, but could just be the usual Q4 planning. Wondering if anyone's heard anything more concrete or if it's just my imagination running wild. Curious about how others are feeling about job security here right now, especially if you're in a more operational or project-based role. Are there any internal comms or leadership talks that have hinted at anything? Just trying to gauge the general mood.

Yeah, I'm feeling it too. It's that uneasy quiet that makes you wonder what's brewing under the surface. Management's been pretty tight-lipped lately, which usually means they're either working on something huge or trying to keep a lid on something less than stellar. The consolidation talk is definitely circulating, but it's hard to tell if it's just standard efficiency drives or a precursor to something bigger. Let's hope it's just the usual year-end shuffle and not a sign of tougher times ahead.
