ONEOK - Performance review season got anyone stressed?

So, performance review time is rolling around again at ONEOK. Honestly, this year feels a bit different. Normally, it's just the usual grind, but with all the industry chatter and some organizational shifts we've seen, I'm finding myself a lot more anxious about it than usual. My manager has been pretty vague about expectations, and the company's recent financial reports haven't exactly been glowing. Anyone else feeling the pressure? Are you being told your numbers are solid, or is there more of a 'prove yourself' narrative going around? Just wondering if this is a company-wide thing or if it's just my department. Trying to figure out if I should be polishing that resume just in case, or if this is just standard end-of-year jitters amplified by the current climate.

Yeah, I'm feeling it too. The uncertainty is definitely making things more tense than usual. My team's been trying to stay focused on hitting our targets, but it's hard not to think about the bigger picture and how everything might shake out. I've been trying to have more frequent check-ins with my supervisor to get some clarity, but it feels like we're all just navigating this together without a clear map.

I hear you. It feels like there's a lot of 'wait and see' going on. I'm trying to focus on what I can control – my own performance and contributions. I've been documenting my accomplishments and preparing to discuss them, regardless of the company's broader situation. Hoping for the best, but bracing for potential shifts. The lack of concrete guidance isn't helping ease the nerves, that's for sure.
