Another 500 gone - anyone else feel like we're on borrowed time?

Just saw the news about another 500 people being laid off. Honestly, it's getting hard to stay motivated when you see this happening repeatedly. Feels like a constant state of anxiety. My team is already stretched thin, and I'm worried about picking up the slack. Does anyone else feel like management is just bleeding us dry? I've been here for a while, and it used to feel like a stable company, but lately, it's just been one cut after another. It's especially frustrating seeing all the reports about massive revenue and continued investment in certain areas while others are just… gone. Makes you wonder where you stand. Anyone else in a similar boat or hearing anything from their managers?

Yeah, the constant layoffs are really starting to wear on morale. It's tough to plan for the future when the ground feels so unstable beneath you. The anxiety is definitely real, and it's hard not to worry about job security, even if you're performing well. Feels like a lot of extra pressure on those of us who are left, trying to keep everything running smoothly. Hoping things stabilize soon, but it's hard to see a clear path right now.
