Just got the email an hour ago. About 5% of my team is gone, mostly in engineering. HR was vague about the reasons, just said 'strategic realignment'. I'm trying to process this, it's a lot. Haven't seen the severance details yet, but hoping it's decent. Has anyone here received the package and can share what the terms are like, especially regarding the RSU vesting? Feels like a punch to the gut, especially after working here for a few years. Wondering how long the remaining people will be safe.
