Impact of recent layoffs on morale and workload

So, the news dropped again - another 500 people gone. The constant stream of layoffs is really starting to wear on everyone here. Morale is definitely taking a hit. You see colleagues packing up, and you can't help but wonder if your number is next. Plus, the workload for those of us who remain is definitely increasing. We're expected to absorb responsibilities without any real support or additional resources. It feels unsustainable. Are management's expectations realistic? It's tough to stay motivated when you feel like the rug could be pulled out from under you at any moment, and the people around you are constantly being let go. I'm starting to seriously re-evaluate my future here. Anyone else feeling this way?
