This 'realignment' feels more like a purge

Honestly, I'm not surprised, but still incredibly pissed off. They keep talking about investing in new tech and AI, but it seems like the easiest way to fund that is by cutting people who have been here for ages and know the systems inside out. The latest round seems to have hit a lot of experienced folks. What's the point of all this restructuring if it just creates uncertainty and makes people distrust the company? Feels like we're just numbers on a spreadsheet to them. Anyone else feel like they're just being managed out?

This is rough. I've seen a lot of talented people go over the past few years, and it's hard not to worry. The constant changes make it tough to plan anything, and it feels like the institutional knowledge is just walking out the door. It’s frustrating when leadership talks about growth but makes decisions that seem to undermine stability and employee morale. Let's hope they have a solid plan behind all this, because right now, it's pretty unsettling for everyone still here.
