Anyone else feeling the chill at Packaging Corp?

Hey everyone, been with Pac Global for a few years now and things have felt... off lately. Budget freezes seem more strict than usual, and there's been a noticeable increase in 'restructuring' talk, though nothing concrete. My department has lost a couple of people over the last quarter, but it was framed as 'performance' or 'voluntary separation.' Still, the vibe in the office is definitely tense. Seeing a lot of senior folks looking worried. Is anyone else picking up on this? Curious to hear if others are experiencing something similar, or if it's just my location/department. Trying not to panic, but it's hard not to when the writing feels like it's on the wall.
