Anyone else feeling the pressure at PAC? Seems like workload is increasing.

Hey everyone, just wanted to see if anyone else at Packaging Corp is feeling this lately. Over the past couple of months, it feels like the workload has significantly ramped up. We're being asked to do more with less, and the expectations seem to be higher than ever. It's not just me, right? My team is swamped, and I'm hearing similar things from folks in other departments. Is this a general push to improve efficiency, or is something else going on behind the scenes? Trying not to jump to conclusions, but the atmosphere feels a bit tense. Any insights or similar experiences would be appreciated.

Yeah, I'm definitely feeling it too. Seems like deadlines are tighter and the volume of projects hasn't decreased at all. It's making it tough to keep up without sacrificing quality. Wondering if this is a temporary crunch or the new normal.

Absolutely. The pressure is palpable across several teams I've spoken with. It feels like there's a constant push for more output, but the resources haven't necessarily scaled to match. Curious to understand the strategy behind this increased demand and if there are plans for additional support.
