PAC Global - Quiet Quitting or Something More?

Hey everyone, been feeling a weird vibe at PAC Global lately. It's not like there are official announcements or anything, but the energy just feels... off. Some teams seem to be doing more with less, and there's a lot of quiet quitting happening, if you ask me. People are just doing the bare minimum, and you can see the burnout. Management seems oblivious, or maybe they're just waiting for the axe to fall. I've been hearing some really vague comments in hallway chats, nothing concrete, but enough to make me nervous. Anyone else seeing this? Is this a sign of things to come, or just a temporary dip in morale? Wondering if I should start polishing the resume just in case.

I've noticed similar things at PAC. It's frustrating to see the disconnect between what seems to be happening on the ground and what management might be perceiving. The burnout is palpable, and when people feel like their efforts aren't recognized or that there's no real growth potential, doing the bare minimum becomes a defense mechanism. It’s a shame because I think there's a lot of talent there that’s being underutilized and, frankly, worn down. Hopefully, leadership will address the underlying issues before it impacts the company's performance even further.
