Packaging Corp - Performance Reviews & Future Outlook?

So, performance reviews just wrapped up and the feedback across the board seems a bit... intense? Even for some of the high performers. There's a lot of emphasis on 'efficiency' and 'streamlining operations,' which sounds good in theory, but given the current market and some of the whispers I've been hearing, it makes me a little nervous. Anyone else feel like the pressure is mounting? Wondering if this is a company-wide push to justify potential cuts down the line, or if it's just standard end-of-year review stuff. Trying to stay positive, but my Spidey senses are tingling. Any insights from managers or those closer to leadership would be appreciated.
