Anyone else feeling the squeeze at PANW lately?

Hey everyone, I've been with PANW for a few years now and lately things have felt... different. Not sure if it's just me or if others are picking up on it too. There's been a lot of talk about 'optimization' and 'efficiency' in team meetings, which usually isn't a great sign. Project timelines seem tighter, and there's definitely a sense of 'do more with less' creeping in. My direct team hasn't seen any changes, but I've heard some chatter about certain departments being consolidated or re-orged. Nothing concrete, mind you, just the usual office whispers. Curious to hear if anyone else is seeing similar trends or has any insights into what might be going on behind the scenes. Is this just a normal cycle, or is something bigger brewing?

Yeah, I'm feeling it too. Lots of talk about restructuring and efficiency drives lately. It definitely creates a sense of unease, even if our immediate team seems stable for now. Hearing about consolidations elsewhere doesn't help. Makes you wonder what the long-term plan is and if this is just the beginning.

I haven't noticed anything drastic on my end, but the 'efficiency' buzzwords are definitely circulating. It's probably smart to keep an eye on things and understand how these 'optimizations' might impact your role down the line. Always good to be prepared, no matter what.
