Anyone else still waiting on clarity post-February?

It’s been a few weeks since the WARN notice hit, and the silence in my org is deafening. Nobody is talking about it, but everyone is clearly looking over their shoulder. I know a few people who were caught up in the February cuts, and the transition support felt incredibly minimal for a company of this size. It honestly makes me question the 'culture' we keep getting told about in every internal meeting. I’ve been quietly updating my resume and putting out feelers, because it’s hard to stay focused on OKRs when you feel like a line item on a spreadsheet that could be erased at any moment. Has anyone else noticed a change in how managers are handling the 1-on-1s? Mine seems to be avoiding any topic related to the future of our team. Just trying to figure out if I should be preparing for a potential exit now or if I’m being paranoid. Seems like the era of job security at PANW is officially a thing of the past.

It is the same story across almost every department right now. They keep pushing the 'innovation' narrative during all-hands, but the actual support for those impacted has been non-existent. The disconnect between what leadership says and how they actually treat people is becoming impossible to ignore. A lot of us are already in the same boat, quietly applying elsewhere because waiting for transparency from management is clearly a waste of time at this point.

I hear you, and the atmosphere in the office is just as heavy. It feels like the company is prioritizing the stock price over the people who actually built the tech. The lack of communication isn't a bug; it is a feature of their current strategy to keep everyone off-balance. Don't feel guilty about putting your resume out there—you have to look out for yourself because it is clear they aren't looking out for us.
