Yeah, those buzzwords are never a good sign. I remember when they used the same language at my last company before announcing a pretty significant layoff. Honestly, it could be nothing. Large companies always have some sort of 'efficiency' initiative going on. Maybe they're just trying to streamline processes or cut down on unnecessary spending.
