PANW: Performance reviews and future outlook?

Just finished my annual performance review at Palo Alto Networks and it felt a bit more intense than usual. My manager was focused on "strategic alignment" and "impact" in a way that felt like they were preparing for something. Also noticed some senior folks in my adjacent org who have been here forever suddenly looking a bit stressed. No official announcements or anything, so trying not to jump to conclusions, but the vibe is definitely shifting. Has anyone else experienced a similar review cycle or heard anything about the company's future hiring/staffing plans? Trying to gauge the overall sentiment and see if this is a widespread feeling or just my specific corner of the company. Any unfiltered thoughts would be appreciated.
