Anyone else getting the 'reorganization' email today?

Is it just me, or is the atmosphere in the NJ offices completely dead right now? Ever since the news broke about the 56 cuts, everyone is walking on eggshells. My manager tried to hold a 'business as usual' team meeting this morning, but you could tell nobody was listening. We are all just staring at our calendars waiting for that dreaded calendar invite to pop up with a generic 'check-in' header. I’ve been here five years and I’ve never seen morale this low. The pipeline pressure is insane, and now they expect us to do the work of the people who were just let go? It feels like we are being set up to fail so they can justify another round of restructuring next quarter. If anyone has heard anything about further reductions at the site, please speak up. The transparency here is non-existent.

It is brutal out there right now. I spent my morning refreshing my email instead of actually looking at my project dashboards. That 'business as usual' act is honestly insulting when we all know the numbers aren't adding up. I’ve heard the same rumors about the NJ offices being ghost towns, and frankly, I don't blame anyone for checking out. If this is how they handle talent after five years of dedication, it’s clear where the priorities really lie. Just keep your resume updated and try to disconnect as much as possible until the dust settles.
