Anyone else at PM seeing weird reshuffling or hearing whispers?

Hey all, long-time lurker here. Been with Philip Morris for about 5 years, mostly in marketing. Lately, there's been a lot of talk around the office about 'strategic realignments' and some teams are definitely feeling the pressure. People are being moved around, roles are changing, and it just feels...unstable. No official announcements or anything concrete, but the vibe is definitely off. Heard a few people mentioning 'efficiency drives' in hushed tones. Anyone else in other departments or locations experiencing something similar? Just trying to gauge if this is a widespread thing or just something happening in my corner of the company. Wondering if it's the calm before the storm or just standard corporate churn. Any insights or similar observations would be appreciated. Trying not to panic but hard not to when the atmosphere feels tense.
