PMI - Any whispers about restructuring or hiring freezes?

Hey everyone, I've been with PMI for a few years now and lately, the vibe feels... different. Not sure if it's just me or if others are picking up on it too. Been hearing a lot of 'efficiency' talk in meetings and some projects seem to be getting deprioritized or put on hold indefinitely. There's no official word on anything, which makes it even more unsettling. Just wondering if anyone else in the company has noticed similar things or heard any rumors, however unsubstantiated. Is it just a seasonal slowdown, or is there something bigger brewing behind the scenes? Trying to get a pulse on the situation without causing unnecessary panic. Any insights or observations would be appreciated.

I've been feeling that shift too. Lots of internal reshuffling and whispers about optimizing resources. It's definitely creating some uncertainty, and the lack of clear communication isn't helping. Hopefully, it's just a standard business cycle adjustment, but the silence is louder than usual. Seeing projects paused does make you wonder about the long-term strategy.

Yeah, the 'efficiency' buzzwords are everywhere. My team's been asked to look at where we can streamline processes, and it feels like more is being asked with fewer resources sometimes. I haven't heard any concrete news about freezes or restructuring, but you can definitely sense a tightening of the belt. It's a bit nerve-wracking not knowing what's coming.
