Hey everyone, long time lurker here. Been with PMI for a few years now, and things feel... tense. We just wrapped up performance reviews, and the feedback, while generally constructive, feels like it's setting a tone. Some departments are definitely feeling more scrutiny than others. Has anyone else noticed a shift in the air? Wondering if this is just standard end-of-year jitters or if there's something bigger brewing. Not hearing any concrete layoff news, but the vibe isn't exactly 'growth and expansion' right now. Thinking about how performance metrics might be used down the line if things get tighter.
