Has anyone actually seen the full details on the package for this latest round? I’m hearing conflicting info depending on which business unit you’re in. My manager is playing dumb and telling everyone to 'wait for the official portal notification,' but we all know how that goes. I’m trying to figure out if it’s worth pushing back on the release terms or if I should just sign and start grinding on LinkedIn immediately. The mood here is abysmal. Everyone is asking the same questions: are they going to keep gutting, or is this the 'reset'? I feel like this is just the beginning of a much larger restructuring effort that they're hiding behind the 'digital-first' marketing shift. If you got hit today, let us know if the package is at least decent or if they’re pulling the bare minimum. Stay strong everyone.

From what I’ve gathered, the terms are fairly standardized across the board despite what individual managers might be claiming. If you’re in a senior role, you might have a sliver of room to negotiate, but for most, the release is a take-it-or-leave-it offer. The portal notification is the only thing that holds legal weight, so don't bank on anything said in passing. Honestly, the smartest move is to sign, secure the payout, and get your resume out there as quickly as possible. The internal ambiguity is just their way of keeping everyone quiet until the exit date.
