I hear you loud and clear. Been there, felt that. The 'innovation' buzzword is especially grating when you're drowning in the daily grind. My last company was all about disruption, right up until they disrupted *my* job into oblivion. Don't wait until you're completely burnt out. Start networking and polishing that resume now. It's easier to find a job when you're not desperate.
Record profits *and* outsourcing? Sounds like classic corporate greed. I'd take that pay cut if it meant escaping the toxic environment. But before you jump ship, have you considered talking to HR (if you trust them) or looking for an internal transfer to a different department? Might be worth exploring before leaving completely. Just a thought!
