P&G is a sinking ship and leadership is clueless

I'm so tired of the corporate BS. They keep talking about 'innovation' and 'disruption' but all I see is endless meetings and pointless presentations. My team is already stretched thin, and they keep piling on more projects with zero additional resources. Meanwhile, the VP is patting themselves on the back for 'record profits' while quietly planning to outsource half our jobs to India. I'm so done. I'm actively looking for a way out, even if it means taking a pay cut. My mental health is worth more than a P&G paycheck at this point. Rant over.

I hear you loud and clear. Been there, felt that. The 'innovation' buzzword is especially grating when you're drowning in the daily grind. My last company was all about disruption, right up until they disrupted *my* job into oblivion. Don't wait until you're completely burnt out. Start networking and polishing that resume now. It's easier to find a job when you're not desperate.

Record profits *and* outsourcing? Sounds like classic corporate greed. I'd take that pay cut if it meant escaping the toxic environment. But before you jump ship, have you considered talking to HR (if you trust them) or looking for an internal transfer to a different department? Might be worth exploring before leaving completely. Just a thought!
