Rumblings in Cincinnati? Hearing whispers about 'restructuring'

Anyone else feeling uneasy? I'm in brand management, been with P&G for 8 years, and the vibe has been...off. Lots of closed-door meetings, managers being vague about upcoming projects, and a general sense of 'wait and see'. I've been through a couple of these 'reorganizations' before, and they rarely end well for the lower ranks. Anyone have concrete info or just gut feelings like me? Trying to decide if I need to update my resume...

I hear you. I'm in a different department (supply chain), but the atmosphere is definitely tense. The 'wait and see' approach is classic P&G playbook for unsettling employees before a big announcement. Eight years in, you probably know the drill. Update your resume, but don't jump ship immediately. See what the package is. Sometimes they offer decent severance. Just be prepared.

Honestly, these restructurings are cyclical. P&G is a huge ship, and they're always tweaking things. Could be nothing, could be something. My advice? Focus on your performance and document your achievements. Being indispensable is the best job security. All this worrying just distracts you from what you can actually control. Don't let rumors dictate your actions.
