Anyone else feeling the pressure at Progressive?

Hey all, been with Progressive for a few years now in the IT department. Lately, there's been a lot of talk about 'efficiency' and 'optimization'. Doesn't feel like actual layoffs are happening, but the general vibe feels... tense. Project timelines are getting tighter, and there's a lot more scrutiny on performance metrics. Managers are cagey when asked directly, just saying 'business as usual'. Is anyone else picking up on this? Is it just my team or is it company-wide? Trying to gauge the overall climate. Feels like a lot of quiet shuffling and restructuring without any major announcements. Anyone have any insights or similar experiences?

I'm hearing similar whispers in my department, though we're not in IT. It feels like a general push for more with less, and the uncertainty is definitely creating a stressful atmosphere. I've noticed more 'realignments' being discussed in company-wide emails, which is corporate speak for... well, you know. It's hard to stay motivated when you feel like your job is constantly under a microscope and the pressure keeps mounting without clear direction. Hopefully, it's a temporary phase and things settle down soon.
