Anyone else feeling the squeeze at Progressive?

Hey all, been with Progressive for a few years now, currently in [Department/Role - e.g., claims, underwriting, IT]. Lately, the vibe has been... off. Lots of whispers about 'efficiency drives' and 'realignments,' but nothing concrete. Performance reviews feel more intense than usual, and there's definitely a sense of unease. Anyone else in different departments seeing similar trends or hearing anything more specific? Is it just me, or is the company culture shifting, and not necessarily for the better? Trying to gauge if this is a widespread feeling or if I'm just overthinking things. Share your experiences if you're comfortable.

Yeah, I'm in [Another Department] and it feels like we're all walking on eggshells. The 'efficiency drives' seem to translate to more work with fewer resources. Lots of talk about optimizing processes, but it just feels like they're trying to get more out of us without giving anything back. The pressure is definitely on, and it's creating a pretty stressful environment.

I hear you. Over in [Yet Another Department], the morale is pretty low too. It feels like there's a constant undercurrent of anxiety about job security or upcoming changes. Management isn't being transparent, which just fuels the speculation and unease. It's tough when you feel like the rug could be pulled out from under you at any moment, even if nothing concrete has been announced.
