Anyone else notice the shift in atmosphere at Progressive?

Hey everyone, been with Progressive for a few years now, mostly in a technical role. Lately, I've been getting a weird vibe. There haven't been any official announcements or anything concrete, but there's a definite sense of 'are we safe?' lingering. Managers seem a bit more cagey, and projects feel like they're being scrutinized more than usual. I keep seeing posts about layoffs at other companies, and it's hard not to draw parallels, even without direct evidence here. Has anyone else picked up on this? Or am I just overthinking things because of the general industry climate? Curious to hear if others are feeling this unease, or if things are still business as usual for you.

Yeah, I've been seeing that too. It's like a background hum of anxiety. You try to brush it off, but then you notice little things – a vague response here, a hurried meeting there.
