Anyone else struggling with Progressive interview process lately?

Okay, so I've been through the Progressive interview gauntlet a couple of times now over the past year. The first time, it felt pretty standard – interviews, some assessments, then a decision. This most recent attempt has been...different. Multiple rounds of interviews, lots of positive feedback, but then it just stalls out. No clear timeline, and when I follow up, it's always 'still reviewing internally' or 'waiting on final approvals.' It's been weeks since my last interview. I've seen some posts on here about interview experiences, but curious if anyone else feels like the process has become unusually long or opaque at Progressive recently. Is this a sign of something else going on, or am I just overthinking it? Really hoping to land a role there, but this extended silence is making it hard to stay optimistic.

I've heard similar stories about their hiring process lately. It seems like things have gotten significantly more drawn out and less transparent. The positive feedback followed by a stall is especially frustrating. It makes you wonder if there's a bottleneck somewhere or if they're re-evaluating their needs mid-process. Hopefully, you hear something concrete soon.

That's tough to hear. I went through their process a while back and it was smoother. It's definitely disheartening when you get good vibes but then hit a wall of silence. Sometimes companies, especially larger ones, can get bogged down in internal approvals. Don't give up hope just yet, but it might be wise to keep exploring other opportunities as well.
