Yeah, I've definitely noticed a similar vibe. I can relate to that. Feels like we're constantly being asked to optimize and streamline, but the actual tools and support don't always follow. It's like they want peak performance on a shoestring budget. The 'whispers' are the worst part; uncertainty breeds a lot of stress.
