Feeling the pinch at Progressive? Thoughts on the current climate?

Hey everyone, been with Progressive for a few years now, and honestly, things feel... tense. Not hearing any official layoff news, but there's definitely a weird vibe in the air. Projects seem to be getting re-prioritized constantly, and there's a lot more 'belt-tightening' talk than usual. Has anyone else picked up on this? It's making it hard to plan, and frankly, a little nerve-wracking. Wondering if it's just my department or if there's a broader shift happening. Just looking to see if others are feeling the same unease. Is this just the usual economic dip, or something more specific to Progressive? Curious to hear what people are seeing and hearing on the ground.

I'm definitely feeling that too. It's not just you. The constant shifting priorities are making it really hard to get anything meaningful done. Feels like we're chasing our tails a lot of the time. The uncertainty is the worst part, makes you wonder what's next. Hopefully, we get some clarity soon.

Yeah, the 'efficiency drive' feels a bit more intense than usual. Lots of whispers about budget reviews and resource allocation. It's understandable given the economic climate, but the lack of clear communication is making people anxious. I'm trying to stay focused on my work, but the general atmosphere is definitely noticeable.
