I interviewed with Progressive a few months back. The process was pretty structured, with multiple rounds of interviews, including behavioral and some technical for the role I applied for. It took about three weeks from initial contact to hearing back about the decision. I got a decent feel for the team culture through the panel interviews – they seemed collaborative and focused on results. No major red flags for me, but be prepared for a thorough vetting process.
