Progressive: Hiring freeze or just slow plays?

Hey everyone. Been seeing a lot of activity on LinkedIn about Progressive hiring, but my own experience with a few requisitions has been crickets. Applied for a couple of roles a few weeks back, heard nothing. Then reached out to a recruiter on LinkedIn about a different role and they said they'd circle back. That was over a week ago. Is anyone else seeing this? Feels like maybe things have slowed down internally more than what's advertised. Trying to gauge if it's just me or a wider trend. My background is in data analytics with about 8 years of experience. Not trying to stir up layoff rumors, just genuinely curious about the hiring landscape there right now.

I've been tracking Progressive's job postings too, and it definitely feels like there's a mismatch between the volume advertised and actual movement. I applied for a senior analyst position about a month ago and haven't heard a peep. Even tried connecting with a recruiter who initially seemed enthusiastic, but then… silence. It's frustrating when you're actively looking and the process feels stalled. Makes you wonder if they're re-evaluating needs or just have a very lengthy internal review process right now. Hoping it picks up soon for all of us.
