Progressive hiring freeze rumors?

Hey everyone, just wondering if anyone else is hearing whispers about a hiring freeze at Progressive? I've been applying for roles there for a while now, and usually, I'd get some kind of response, even a rejection. Lately, it's been radio silence. My recruiter contact has also gone quiet. It's making me nervous, especially with all the talk in the industry. I know there's no official announcement, but the lack of movement feels significant. Anyone in a different department notice a slowdown in onboarding or new projects starting? Trying to gauge if this is just my experience or a broader trend within the company. Trying to stay positive, but it's tough when the job market feels so uncertain.

I haven't heard any official word on a hiring freeze, but I've definitely noticed a slowdown in the recruitment process myself. I applied for a couple of positions about six weeks ago and haven't heard a peep since. Usually, I get at least an automated rejection email, but this time it's been complete silence. My network contacts there are also being pretty tight-lipped, which isn't helping ease my concerns. It's tough when you're trying to make a move and the market feels like it's suddenly slammed on the brakes.
