Resume strategies for experienced Progressive folks?

Putting feelers out here. I've been with Progressive for over a decade, worked my way up from individual contributor to a senior leadership role in a non-tech but tech-adjacent department. With all the general economic uncertainty and the quiet buzz about 'streamlining', I'm starting to think about my next move, even though there haven't been any official layoff announcements. My resume is solid, but I feel like it needs a refresh to highlight transferable skills and impact in a way that resonates outside the P.I. bubble. Anyone gone through this recently? What kind of keywords or phrasing did you find effective? Trying to understand how to best position myself if the need arises. Any tips on networking or resume tailoring would be greatly appreciated.
